We’ve always wanted Scramblers to be that go-to breakfast spot, the place where you can come and relax, knowing you’re getting a delicious meal in a warm and inviting environment.
But, as times change, so do design preferences, and we’re always striving to stay relevant while maintaining the essence of what makes Scramblers so special. One of the most noticeable changes in our redesign is how much more open our dining areas feel. We’ve opened up the layout to create a bright, spacious environment that’s perfect for everything from a quick breakfast to a leisurely brunch. No longer are the spaces separated and sectioned off the way they once were. Instead, we’ve embraced a lighter, brighter color palette—think soft greys, whites, and blacks, complemented by lush greenery throughout the space. This brings a modern, fresh vibe to the restaurant, making it even more welcoming for both regulars and newcomers alike.

Even with all the changes, we’re still holding onto the Scramblers charm that makes our brand so unique. Our signature cracked egg wall is still a centerpiece in every store, adding a touch of fun and personality. But we’ve also introduced sleek, modern light fixtures that are as stunning as they are functional. These light features have quickly become a favorite among our team, and they give the space a contemporary edge that perfectly complements our new design.
